A quieter way into technical video.
HN Tube organizes recurring video recommendations from Hacker News into crawlable, topic-focused reference pages.
The project exists to recover useful context: who recommended a video, how often positive recommendations returned, and what subject connects it to the rest of the archive.
HN Tube does not host videos and does not claim that recurrence proves quality or correctness. Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed, and every displayed recommendation excerpt links back to its Hacker News context.
Independent and unofficial
HN Tube is not affiliated with Hacker News, Y Combinator, YouTube, Google, Andrej Karpathy or HackerTube. “HN” describes the source community and does not imply endorsement.
